What originally began as a modest program focused on architecture and construction, soon blossomed into a powerhouse nonprofit dedicated to educating young women in all things STEAAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Architecture, Arts, and Math). By blending mentorship with access to innovative tools and diverse networks, WLT inspires young women to carve out impactful roles in the tech world and beyond.

WLT is about building a future where purpose-driven lives transform industries and where every girl and woman has the chance to shape their lives with passion and excellence. WLT addresses gender disparities and is committed to creating spaces where girls and women can explore their full potential. We believe in helping girls find their passion early so they can live in their purpose and do what they love.
